We’ve been awarded Tripadvisor Travellers Choice (again!). This is the fifth year in a row we have received this public recognition of customer satisfaction. The coveted award celebrates businesses that have consistently received great traveler reviews on Tripadvisor over the last 12 months, placing these winners among the 10% of all listings on Tripadvisor globally.
Whilst we don’t always get it 100% right (we are always striving for improvement) this award is an acknowledgment of excellent feedback from many of our sailors who have enjoyed their time sailing with us. We really appreciate those that take the time to provide feedback, the positive accolades and excellent ratings are a wondeful reward for the team. We also appreciate sailors who take the time to let us know if someting didn’t meet their expectations and those who share ideas of how we can get better.
We know that every touch point matters; from the moment a sailor first contacts us, to arriving on site, to meeting their instructor, board the boat for the first time, spending all day out sailing, staying aboard a clean and functioning boat, to returning to the dock at the end of each day or at the end of their charter – so we appreciate this award as pubic acknowledgement that sailing with Great Escape is a safe and enjoyable experience.
